- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 cans Tomato soup
- 1 box Macaroni
- 3 cups of cheese
- 1/2 cup of water
- Cook and drain the macaroni.
- Then cook the beef in a large skillet with a little pepper. You can add garlic and or diced onion to this as well.
- Once the beef is cooked, toss the pasta, tomato soup, a little water and half of the cheese in with the beef and mix it all up. Pour it into a casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese and then bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
Serves 6-8 people.
I substituted regular macaroni with gluten free macaroni. It turned out delicious! I will definitely make this again. It was super easy!
