What am I Doing with my Time?

I read an article today that talked about how we are dependent on our devices and it got me thinking.

I’m thinking “I already knew that” but it’s hitting me more today than ever and I need to change. I spend way too much time on my phone. I need to take a step back and be more intentional with my time. Whether I’m home alone or out with friends. My phone isn’t going to define me.

I’m going to unplug for a while and be more intentional with my time. I have deleted apps off my phone such as: Facebook, twitter and Pinterest. As I go on because I’m bored. No longer. I am going to pick up a book or go out or just be… if I want to go on I will check it at lunch on my break or I will have to turn on my iPad. But my phone will not have those apps anymore. Well at least for a while.

Let’s try to go all summer without those apps on my phone.

How are you spending your time?
