Last weekend I made a delicious nacho dip. It’s super easy to make and not a whole lot of ingredients. I’ve made this a few times and it gets better and better each time.
1 block of cream cheese
1 small container of sour cream
1/2 Green Pepper
1 large bottle of Salsa
1/2 block of cheese (I like marble)
Tostilla Chips
1 large casserole dish
Directions
Make sure the cream cheese is room temperate as it is easier to mix. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a blender until soft/smooth. Evenly spread the cream cheese/sour cream mixture into casserole dish and the add the salsa and add cut up green pepper. And to top it off add the shredded cheese on top. Now put in the fridge for a few hours for it to settle. The eat and enjoy!
