The First Two Days- Whole30

Day 1
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs
Lunch- Salad- Spinach, bell peppers, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, snow peas, raspberries/strawberries, blueberries, kiwi
Supper- chicken breast with squash and sweet potato

      Near the end of the day I felt hungry. I was craving snacks BUT I didn’t eat anything. The first few days are going to be hard. It will be well worth it in the end to start eating healthier and not wanting to have all the junk that made me feel sick before.

Pray that I don’t cheat… at all.

Day 2
Breakfast- Omelet with bell peppers
Lunch- Chicken breast with sweet potato
Supper- Gluten Free Mild Italian Sausages

Yesterday was hard. I felt hungry and I didn’t feel good. I now know I can’t have Sausages, they do not agree with my stomach…

Let’s hope today is much better.
