What is Whole30?

Is removing sugar, grains, dairy, alcohol and legumes from your diet for a full 30 days, as they could be having a negative impact on your health without you even realizing it. 

Reasons for doing Whole30
I am doing whole30 because I do have dietary concerns. I am allergic to wheat and possibly dairy and I wake up almost everyday with stomach pains. This past week I was out sick Monday and Tuesday with stomach issues and I woke up on Friday not feeling well again. So I decided to do something about it. I saw people I know on Facebook post about whole30, so I decided to check it out. What’s the harm right? So I read through everything and made the decision to start whole30.

Goal of Whole30
My goal isn’t to lose weight (although it will be nice to lose a few pounds) but my goal is to have a healthier lifestyle. I am tired of not feeling well all the time and after whole30 is over I plan on sticking to this regimen of healthy living.

Come join me in this journey! It will be hard but well worth feeling great!

As the days go on I will be posting pictures on Instagram and recipes so you can make them at home. As well I will be blogging about my progress. Stay tuned, tomorrow I will be sharing my Day 1 experience on whole30.
